City of Shelton – Mobile Companion App
The City of Shelton does not have a mobile specific website and it could use some additional work. After initial review of the site, and assuming some historical metrics, it is recommended the site upgrade its content in specific areas.
The site is not mobile friendly, which is generally a quick and easy adjustment. A second simple step is to take the most heavily trafficked pages and place them as the top 5-10 links on the main page of the mobile site. After that you can expand the remaining pages of the site through the hamburger menu in upper right hand corner.
PAR Mobile – Competitive Intelligence iPad App
The Competitive Intelligence Team wanted to address the large number of phone calls they were receiving asking questions about the competitive annuities products in the market. They wanted to reduce the calls by creating a mobile app that our field teams could utilize to answer the questions at the time they are asked rather than offering a response of “I’ll have to get back to you on that”. The Competitive App designed specifically for iPads, as this is the device type most utilized by the audience though it would also work on iPhones.
The content and data was derived from an excel document and the Content Flow Process designed allowed an efficient, simple flow to answer the questions being posed to the field user by their client.
